9. Eco-friendly Packaging
All refill items will be packaged in biodegradable bags. Soulful and Fresh will try to make the packaging as eco friendly as possible, however in some cases plastic bubble wrap will be required for glass bottles to protect your product during shipment.
10. Gift Cards
Unfortunately, at this stage, Soulful & Fresh does not sell or issue gift cards.

Shipping Policy
Delivery is generally 5-10 business days from payment of your order. If paying by direct deposit , your order will be shipped once funds have been cleared. Each order will be weighed and filled with your products by hand.
Return Policy
Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind purchase. If products arrive damaged in any way, please email pictures, and the products that were damaged, to info@soulfulandfresh.com.au within 3 days of receiving your products, and a new shipment will be arranged to replace the damaged items.
