This cream is the best, the lavender is very subtle, not strong at all.
I’ve always suffered from leg cramps but not since using this, it’s the best, not greasy and absorbs into the skin quickly, I use it morning and night.

The Best Magnesium Cream I’ve Tried
I suffer from leg cramps and have been searching for a magnesium product that doesn’t sting or make my skin itchy. This cream provided almost instant relief and with regular use, has kept the cramps to a minimum. It has also been great for relieving aching legs on gym days. It’s a beautiful product overall, and the base is really moisturising which is an added bonus.

Hello, I’m Nicole, a wife, mum to three wonderful children, and we call regional Victoria home.
The story behind Soulful and Fresh began when I bought some beautiful products from a close friend and started experimenting in my own kitchen, creating homemade, eco-friendly cleaning solutions. From there, I developed our Scent Boosters—a simple yet effective way to soften laundry and infuse it with lovely fragrances, helping to replace conventional fabric softeners. They’re crafted with a water-softening powder blended with sea salt and fragrances for that perfect scented result.
This journey naturally extended to what my family uses every day, especially in the bathroom. After carefully researching ingredients and their effects, our bath and body range took shape. We prioritise safety in every formulation: all products include a reliable preservative system to prevent microbial growth and ensure they’re gentle and stable for you and your loved ones. Our body butter base is proudly made right here in Australia, allowing me to guarantee quality, safety, and that authentic Australian-made touch.
