IS CITRIC ACID SAFE FOR SEPTIC SYSTEMS?

When used as toilet cleaner or a fabric softener, it is perfectly safe. Like many things, it is all dependent on the quantity used. All you need Is 1L of citric acid solution is all that is needed to clean your toilet, shower and sink, and have left over to use the following week. ARE THE LAUNDRY BLENDS SUITABLE FOR SEPTIC SYSTEMS?

The only ingredient in the pre-made laundry blend that is not suitable for septic systems is Sodium Percarbonate; if you are making your own blend, exclude Sodium Percarbonate. Instead, pre-soak your items in a bucket of hot water over night. If unsure speak to your Septic System Company.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

Refunds will not be issued for a change of mind purchase. If products arrive damaged in any way, please email pictures, and the products that were damaged, to info@soulfulandfresh.com.au within 3 days of receiving your products, and a new shipment will be arranged to replace the damaged items.

Unfortunately, at this stage, Soulful & Fresh does not sell of issue gift cards.

CAN I USE THE LAUNDRY BLENDS ON WOOL AND SILK?

No, these products are not suitable for wool or delicates. The following 2 eco products are suitable: - Natures Organics Earth Choice Woolwash - Ecostore Wool Wash Please note I have not tried or tested either of the products I have linked.

ARE THESE PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR GREYWATER?

I have not tested our products for greywater. I would recommend contacting the company that installed your greywater or refer to your manual do's and dont's.
